The mission of the District is:

to coordinate the interests of its member club

to serve as a clearing house to help disseminate information on all subjects of interest to garden clubs and to the public

to encourage conservation, civic planting, the beautification of roadsides and preservation of scenic and historic locations especially in Allegany Cattaraugus, Chautauqua, Erie and Niagara Counties of New York State.

to advance the art of gardening, horticulture and landscape design
